Before embarking on any fitness training it may be necessary to check with your medical professional. During your free consultation we will establish if this is required. Pricing for specific injury/condition training is the same as for standard personal training but session times may be less depending on physical ability and/or if sports massage is required. This will be discussed during the consultation. Please refer to the following pages for more details:
