The one thing that I have learned since I started my weekly workouts with David is how much better you can feel if you exercise your body in the right way. When I started over two years ago I was on the road to surgery to fix a problem that was affecting how I lived my daily life.
I was beginning to feel that I had to be near a loo, or at least know where one was at all times. Now that becomes life changing for all the wrong reasons as I am still in the prime of life. Let's just say if my tap was going to open then I had no say in the matter! I needed professional help to overhaul my body. I searched the internet and found David, the best bit was he would come to my home. A personal trainer in the comfort of my own home, how fabulous! We chatted on the phone and in Jan 2015 I had my initial consultation. We talked about losing some weight and exercising to help tighten things up!
It wasn't long before I could see and feel such a difference and in a matter of months I gained control of my waterworks which returned completely back to normal and fantastically no need for surgery.
I still can't quite believe it, it's amazing!
My weight has reduced and my body has thanked me for listening to its needs.
I have only David to thank for keeping me on track with his positive ways and encouragement. If you are looking for someone who can change your life for the better then look no further I can not recommend David highly enough for what he has done for me.

After returning from a weekend break in July I was shocked when I saw the photographs of how much weight I had piled on. My 57th birthday was just around the corner and I felt, with great reluctance, that I had to do something about the state of my health. I saw David's website and was impressed by the lack of psycho-babble and pretension and decided to drop him an email. In just two months my blood pressure dropped from medically high to an extremely healthy level — my children are both doctors and they are thrilled with what David has achieved with me.
I still hate exercise, I probably always will, but David varies his workouts by bringing different equipment to each session and I have to admit that I am energised afterwards.
I can't praise David enough, he is very knowledgeable, always punctual, extremely patient and, very importantly for a woman, I feel relaxed in his presence. Even when I reach my goal weight I plan to continue with David's services because unless he is knocking at my door, I will revert to the couch potato I was before I contacted him. A word of warning though, David's programme will ultimately cost you money and I don't mean his fees, which are very reasonable. The cost of a fab new wardrobe a size smaller and a new hair-do to match the increased confidence is priceless!

I contacted David after finding his website via a Google search and I have never looked back. Since starting to work with him, I have lost 20lbs and managed to successfully maintain the weight loss.
David has helped me gain a much better understanding of what I eat and how exercise affects my weight. Based on this knowledge, he has helped me make a few minor, permanent adjustments to my eating and exercise habits, which have led to slow, steady and sustained weight loss. I can still enjoy the occasional glass of wine or sweet treat without it having an impact on what the scales say.
My regular personal training sessions with David are great fun and, as he is able to work with me at my home at a time that suits me, they are very convenient too. As a daily commuter into London, David's ability to fit around my schedule has been very important.
Since hitting my target weight, I've been enjoying the many compliments I've been getting and, of course, wearing all my size 10s again! I would be confident in recommending David to anyone wishing to permanently lose weight.
