The Backnobber II is a self-massage tool I’ve been using for years, especially on my shoulders where it’s particularly beneficial. The tool is designed to work on trigger points, which are tender spots in tight muscles causing localised pain, or referred pain in other areas. A trigger point can feel like a lump, knot or band in a muscle. Applying pressure to the trigger point is often uncomfortable but in that ‘good way’ where you know the benefits outweigh the pain. And once the pressure is released the decrease in pain is usually immediate.
The Backnobber II has a very simple but effective S-shape design. It unlocks in the middle so it can be stored in two parts, making it easy to take with you on holiday.
