40g Porridge Oats
125g 0% Fat Activia Yoghurt – Strawberry
1 Medium banana
The evening before your breakfast, mix the oats and yoghurt in a suitably sized container. Place container into the fridge overnight to allow the oats to expand and soften as they absorb the yoghurt. The next morning remove the container from the fridge and chop a banana over the yoghurt and porridge mix. The delicious combination is now ready to eat. Enjoy!
Total calories – 330
As an alternative to the banana, chop 100g of fresh strawberries over the mix, this reduces the total calories to 250. You may also wish to try other flavours of yoghurt but be sure to get ‘0% Fat’ for the lowest number of calories.
